EDEN Presents: Happy Hearts DSN Webinar

EDEN’s latest webinar on Tuesday 28th September at 18:30, will be a session designed for Diabetes Specialist Nurses (DSNs) to support with increasing confidence among DSNs in the direct management of blood pressure and lipid management in addition to glycaemic management.

The one hour session, comprising of a presentation and Q&A, aims to develop skills and confidence in:

  • Examining the Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) risk in people living with diabetes

  • Exploring the atherosclerosis timeline

  • Discussing: blood pressure guidance and management, diabetes and dyslipidaemia management and lifestyle management

Fiona Munday, EDEN Education Research Associate and Vicki Alabraba, EDEN Education Research Associate will be presenting and chairing the session. Happy Hearts has been organised in collaboration with the DSN Forum UK.
